Those wishing to attend the session in person should come to the Borough Council chamber starting at 4:45 p.m.

Question period:

Those who wish to ask the council members a question should register between 4:45 and 5:15 p.m. at the table provided for this purpose. However, if a participant registers their question online and decides to attend the session, they will not be permitted to ask their question themselves. Questions should only be submitted once. If the question is to be asked in person, it should not be asked online.

Written questions are accepted until noon on the day of the event and will be read out by a member of the administration.

The Mayor or her replacement will invite each registered person to ask their question or make their request, in the order determined by a draw, alternating between a man and a woman.  Each person so invited may ask a maximum of two (2) questions.
