Pursuant to the Land Use Planning and Development Act, the projects that are submitted to this committee are those amending LaSalle’s zoning by-law and those falling within the by-law on variances as well as site planning and architectural integration programs, comprehensive development programs, applications for permits in particular areas, applications for architectural reviews and any other matters that borough council refers to it.
