Submit a question to the agglomeration council

Last updated April 14, 2022

Would you like to ask elected officials on the agglomeration council a question? You can do so in person or in writing.

A public question and answer period is held during each meeting, whether ordinary or extraordinary.

Each person may ask only one question. The chair of the meeting can limit the number of questions on a given topic to three. The public question and answer period ends when time is up or when there are no more questions.

Questions in person

To ask a question in person, you must register at the Édifice Lucien-Saulnier between 3 and 4:30 p.m. The order of questions is determined by a random draw.

Questions in writing

Written questions can be submitted using the form below before the start of the meeting, or by mail. They are read by the chair.
